# Zubereitungsschritte:

01 - Combine chicken breast pieces with sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and a pinch of salt in a skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and coated in sauce.
02 - Slice wonton wrappers into thin strips. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray with cooking spray, and cook at 350°F for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp. Monitor closely to prevent burning. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway.
03 - Mix red cabbage, green cabbage, grated carrots, scallion, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl until evenly combined.
04 - Divide slaw among serving bowls. Top each with the hot teriyaki chicken, then scatter over crispy wonton strips.
05 - Drizzle each bowl with sweet chili sauce, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Serve with fresh lime wedges and enjoy immediately while the textures remain fresh.
