# Zubereitungsschritte:

01 - Combine wild rice and vegetable broth in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45–50 minutes until grains are tender and liquid is absorbed.
02 - Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add chopped onion, diced carrot, and diced celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 6–8 minutes until vegetables are softened.
03 - Fluff the cooked wild rice with a fork and add it to the skillet with sautéed vegetables. Stir in fresh parsley, mix thoroughly, and serve warm.
