01 - 4 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise
02 - 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - Salt, to taste

# Zubereitungsschritte:

01 - Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Toss zucchini quarters in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Lay seasoned zucchini pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the zucchini.
04 - Place baking sheet on the center rack and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until zucchini is tender and the Parmesan is golden and crisp.
05 - Remove from oven and serve hot as a light vegetable side dish.
